Senator Joel Anderson calls out the Governor and majority party legislators on their pledge to focus on providing real jobs when in reality they are seeking to enact phony job measures such as Senate Bill 350. This bill would require a new business owner to hire the employees of the business they took over whether any jobs actually exist for them, and regardless of the quality of the employee.
